Better than Sonix!

My friend Ira, who writes for Buzzfeed, did a really fantastic piece on Christopher Sean (Paul) that not only deserves some love, but is a genuinely great read. Give it a look: The Actor Who is Changing How We See Asian Men on Television.

It’s a great article. I like the praise for both Christopher Sean and for the show.

Great read thanks for posting this 😃 I adore Paul/Sean and I really enjoyed him as an addition to the show, I hope he stays for a while.

I love Christopher Sean. Great actor and he’s doing a great job with this role. Too bad Guy Wilson is a wreck as Will, that sometimes takes away from it.

I know. It’s a shame that so much of CS’s great material has been played against a weak scene partner (but it says a lot that he’s working the material despite that).

True. Would be interesting if Paul were really John Black’s son. I thought John Black was a DiMera? When did he become not-DiMera? Was that another offscreen story that John just randomly mentioned during one of his brief appearances in 2013? Do we know who his actual biological parents are? There should be some rule in soap operas that once someone’s paternity is finally decided, it cannot be un-decided when most of the characters involved are offscreen. Like that BS with Parker’s paternity being double-switched that you talked about back in Jan 2013.

I’m sure Paul will actually be John’s son. They’ve been telegraphing it so hard.

They un-DiMera-ed John last year. Hope told Brady that she’d gotten a call from John telling her that he had uncovered that it’d been a scheme and Colleen & Santo weren’t his real parents. It was only done so they could pair Brady and Theresa, I’m pretty sure. Doesn’t really matter in the long run, but it’s INSANE that John has had this many un-done backstories!

Someone at Buzzfeed is definitely a fan, as this is the 3rd DAYS related piece I’ve seen them do over the last few months.

This is a great article, and agreed, something that DAYS is definitely doing right. Maybe just about the only thing they are currently doing right?
